Tony Sias, MFA - Director
Tony Sias is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all fine arts programs and instruction within the District. In partnership with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum, Mr. Sias produces the All-City Arts Festival: Rock Your World, a day-long celebration of creative, visual and performing arts. In collaboration with Great Lakes Theater Festival, PlayhouseSquare and the Musical Theater Project, he produces and directs the All-City Musical.

Dr. Karen Clark-Keys – Manager Dr. Clark-Keys is responsible for the Pre-K-12 visual arts curriculum and arts teacher professional development. She is the arts teacher advisory committee/ready team liaison. Dr. Clark-Keys coordinates the visual arts programs and is responsible for the arts scope, sequence, and program assessment.

Christopher Anderson – Music Administrator Christopher Anderson is responsible for the Pre-K-12 vocal and instrumental music curriculum and music teacher professional development. He manages the District’s music instruments inventory, distribution and repair division.

Michael Medcalf - Choreographer Michael Medcalf serves as the director of both The All-City Dance Ensemble East and West. For the past nine years, he has served as the choreographer for the All-City Musical. Additionally, Mr. Medcalf facilitates, coordinates, and implements projects with The Cleveland School of the Arts and various dance organizations throughout the community on behalf of the DAE.

Kelly Hardy - Partnership Coordinator Kelly Hardy serves as the liaison between CMSD and Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio for the Art is Education Initiative. Kelly also coordinates the Met HD: Live in Schools initiative, serves as the liaison to various partner organizations, and coordinates Professional Development for the department.
