Brick City Theatre - - a program of Cleveland Public Theatre Brick City Theater (BCT) offers children residents of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) the opportunity to learn theatre arts through its nationally recognized program, Brick City Theatre.
